CHEST SIZE: with a tape measure, measure the chest size under the arms, around the strongest part. The point where the fingers meet indicates the measurement.
WAIST SIZE: take your natural waist size. Don't take this measurement too snugly for a bit of ease.

The fabric is brushed on the outside and smooth on the inside for a jacket that feels as good when you're working as when you first put it on. It also wicks away perspiration and stays in place.
