FAQ - Returns

What is our return policy?

The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced items and 10 days for sale items.

Items reduced by 40% or more are considered final sale and are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

To return an item, it is important that the following criteria be met:

- The item must be in new condition.

- The item must be in its original packaging. Packaging must be in new condition. You must pack the shoe boxes so that they can be returned to us in good condition.

- The item must have all original labels.

- The item must be clean and odor free.

Soccer Sport Fitness reserves the right to refuse a return if the item or its packaging does not meet the above criteria.

No returns will be accepted during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. Returns will be accepted after the end of the sale period if these items meet the other requirements.

We will not make price adjustments on previous purchases. If you wish to return an item that is part of a free promotion, e.g. "Buy X, Get Y", you must also return the item received free of charge with its tags in the original packaging, in new condition (unworn, unwashed).

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances and are considered firm sales:

- Underwear and bras.

- Mouthguards and snorkels.

- Masks and face covers.

- Swimsuits.

- Personalized team uniforms.

- Personalized items.

- Physical and virtual gift cards.

- Health and personal care items.

What are the return shipping costs?

A return processing fee of 12.00 $plus tax will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

International returns are entirely at the customer's expense.

How do I make an exchange?

We do not do online exchanges.

In order to speed up the process and provide better service, you will need to place a new order for the desired item and return your original order.

This will avoid delays.

Can I return or exchange an item in store?

You can return for refund, or exchange your items purchased online or in-store at our Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures boutique.

Exchanges can only be made in-store.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if items meet all the criteria of our return policy.

Defective or faulty items?

If the item you have received is defective or damaged, or if we have mistakenly sent you an item that does not conform to your original order, we are sorry!

Contact our customer service department via and we'll rectify the situation promptly.

Returns and refunds

Once the parcel has been received at our store, the return will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

The refund will appear on your card within up to 7 days, depending on your financial institution, on the payment method originally used.

For payments by gift voucher, a gift voucher of the same value as the returned item will be sent to you, less a flat-rate returns fee of 12$.

Return procedure

By mail

1. Authorize your return

Click on the button below to authorize your return.

2. Repack your parcel

Put the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, then pack the item in a box, bag or envelope designed for transport. Be sure to include in your return:

- The item to be returned;

- The labels, which must be intact as well as the original packaging of the item;

- A copy of your order confirmation.

Boxes of shoes must be packed in a bag, paper ( kraft style) or box so that the original box of the product is protected during transport and returned to us intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the condition of the item or packaging is deemed unsuitable for sale. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

3. Print your return label

Print the return label and stick it on the outside of the parcel. Be sure to cover or remove the label from the original shipment.

4. Take the parcel to the post office:

Drop off the package at your nearest Canada Post office. The shipment is prepaid, so you won't have to pay at the post office.

However, a return fee of 12.00 $ plus taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Items under warranty

Is my item under warranty?

We guarantee our products up to the level of our suppliers' warranty.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. We will validate the possibility of replacing or exchanging the product or piece of equipment with our suppliers, and will inform you of the possibilities as soon as possible.

Please note that the following conditions generally void any warranty on the part of the supplier:

Normal wear and tear.

Breakage resulting from inadequate maintenance.

Negligent use of the product or equipment.

Damage caused by accident.

Natural color degradation.

No warranty on final sale products.

Please note that you must assume the shipping costs to exchange a product under warranty.
