Shipping policy

Free shipping in Canada, except for remote areas, on all orders of 100$ and more (after discounts and before taxes), unless otherwise stated. Remote areas are those considered as such by Canada Post, available here. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Free shipping does not apply to the purchase of heavy or oversized items, such as, but not limited to: certain soccer goals, weights, folding chairs, etc. Free shipping does not apply to team uniforms, soccer club items or personalized products.

Shipping is free on CS Trident collection items starting at 100$ before taxes.

Delivery will be made by the most advantageous carrier for your region. Our shipments can therefore be delivered with UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or GLS (Dicom).

Delivery time:

  • Standard delivery (3-7 business days following the invoice date) : Surcharges may apply for heavy or oversized packages. The amount will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Delivery (1-3 business days from date of invoice): Fees established by Canada Post based on your location at the time of order.

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout, before your order is finalized. Delivery times do not include the time required to process your order (24 to 48 hours). However, rest assured that we strive to process your order the same day most of the time.

Unclaimed or refused packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.

Please note that international customs duties are not included in the price calculation and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal of delivery and return to sender fees or abandonment of product at customs are entirely at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued.


We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Each order is delivered according to the option chosen and to the address indicated. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order and address. Please make sure that our emails do not automatically end up in your spam box.

It would be greatly appreciated and helpful to you if you would notify us of any errors or omissions regarding your order when sending the confirmation email so that we can correct the error.

Delivery tracking:

At the time of shipment, a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package! The tracking number is sent to you when the order is processed. The tracking number will be updated when the carrier picks up the package.

Order online and pick up in store:

 Shop online easily and pick up in-store! For all orders picked up on site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail advising you that your order is ready for in-store pick-up, usually within 24 hours. If you need to ask someone else to pick up your order for you, please let us know and be sure to provide your replacement with the confirmation e-mail and order number.
