The $150 threshold is assessed after discounts are applied and before taxes, unless otherwise stated. The offer applies everywhere in Canada, except for remote areas as defined by Canada Post.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete civic address at checkout.
What is excluded from free shipping
Some items are still billed at their actual shipping cost, even if your order exceeds $150:
- Certain soccer goals
- Weights and dumbbells
- Folding chairs
- Other heavy or oversized items
- Team uniforms
- Soccer club items
- Personalized products

Timelines run from the invoice date and do not include order processing, which takes 24 to 48 hours. In practice, we process most orders the same day.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, before your order is finalized. Surcharges may apply to heavy or oversized packages.
Carriers
Your order is shipped by the carrier selected at checkout. Our shipments are delivered by Intelcom or Canada Post.
Each order is delivered according to the option chosen and to the address provided. An email is sent to confirm your order and your address.
Check your confirmation email as soon as you receive it. If you spot an error or omission, let us know immediately: that is when a correction is still possible. Also make sure our emails don't end up in your spam folder.
Tracking your order
At the time of shipment, you receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number is sent as soon as the order is processed, then updated once the carrier physically picks up the package.
A tracking number that doesn't yet show any movement usually means the label has been created but the package hasn't been picked up yet.

Wait for the confirmation email
You receive a notice as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Please don't come in before you receive it.

Someone else picking up your order? Let us know in advance and give them the confirmation email with the order number.
International orders
International customs duties are not included in the displayed price and remain entirely your responsibility.
Refusal of delivery, return-to-sender fees, or abandonment of the product at customs are entirely at the customer's expense, and no refund is issued in these situations.

Restocking fee, plus shipping charges
A package returned because it was not claimed at the delivery point, or refused at the door, incurs a 30% restocking fee on top of the shipping charges incurred. These amounts are deducted from your refund.
