Support levels: light, medium, high

  • Light: for yoga, pilates and downtime — comfort and freedom of movement.
  • Medium: for training, cycling and moderate cardio.
  • High: for running, HIIT and high-impact sports — support that limits bounce.

For running and high impact

Wide straps or a racerback, a snug underband and moisture-wicking fabric to stay dry. Some encapsulated-cup models support each breast individually — ideal for long distances.

For yoga and low impact

A soft bralette cut, gentle stretch fabric that moves with you, often with removable pads. Perfect for yoga, pilates, barre and active lifestyle (alo Yoga, Lolë, Lilybod).

How to choose

  • Pick the support level first by activity (light, medium, high).
  • The underband does most of the support work: it should be snug without compressing.
  • Racerback for shoulder freedom, adjustable straps for a precise fit.
  • Removable pads for shape and coverage, if you want them.

Our brands

Brooks and Saucony for running, 2XU and Champion for training, alo Yoga, Lolë and Lilybod for yoga and lifestyle. Round out your kit with our sport tops, our leggings and our base layers.

Which support level for running?

High support, built for high impact: it limits bounce and reduces discomfort over long distances. Look for wide straps or a racerback and a snug underband.

What's the difference between light, medium and high support?

Light suits yoga and downtime, medium suits training and cycling, high suits running, HIIT and high-impact sports. Choose by how intense your activity is.

Encapsulated cups or compression?

Encapsulated cups support each breast separately (ideal for high support and fuller busts); compression holds the chest against the body (good for low to medium impact). Some models combine both.

How do I choose my sports bra size?

Go by each brand's size chart: some use S-M-L, others band and cup. The band should be snug without compressing, and the cups should contain without squashing.

How do I care for my sports bra?

Wash cold, ideally in a mesh bag, and air-dry: dryer heat breaks down the elastane and reduces support over time.
