- Saturday, May 9, 2026 - Parc Maisonneuve, Montreal : 6-hour walk or run, alone, in a group or relay.
- Saturday, May 23, 2026 - Base Plein Air Sainte-Foy, Quebec : 6-hour walk or run, alone, in a group or relay.
- May 9 to 23, 2026 - Virtual : 6 hours of physical activity of any kind.
The 6H En Cœur is a symbolic activity in support of children with heart disease and their families. An open-heart operation on a child takes an average of six hours, hence the significance of this duration at the heart of the event.
