Do you have a physical store or only online?
Both. Our physical store is in Quebec and welcomes try-ons (especially for running and soccer shoes where fit varies a lot between brands). We also ship Canada-wide from the same location.

Do you offer gait analysis to help me pick the right running shoes?
Our in-store team helps you pick the right shoe based on your gait, weight, mileage and surface (road, trail, track). We'll walk you through cushioning, stability, drop and stack so you buy a shoe that fits your running — not just the trend.

Do you offer custom kits and uniforms for teams and clubs?
Yes, for soccer (jerseys, shorts, socks) and other team sports. We handle customization (numbers, names, logos) and the logistics for clubs, school teams and recreational leagues. Contact us for a quote.

What's the difference between road and trail running shoes?
Road shoes prioritize cushioning and lightness for asphalt. Trail shoes add aggressive lugs (4–6 mm), a rock plate under the sole, and a more abrasion-resistant upper for roots, rocks and mud. If you do both, pair a versatile road shoe with a dedicated trail shoe.

How long does shipping take in Canada?
Typically 2 to 7 business days depending on your region and the shipping method chosen at checkout. In-store pickup is also available and free if you're in the area.
