Important to know BEFORE buying: sale items have a 10-day return window (vs 30 days for regular-priced), and any item discounted 40% or more is FINAL SALE — non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Most of our sale items are 40-50% off: check the discount on each product page before buying. Underwear and sports bras are final sale by default, regardless of discount.

What's the average sale discount?

Median around 40%, with a good chunk of items between 40 and 50% off, and a few end-of-line deals at 60-70%. Discounts are calculated on the original regular price.

What's the return policy for sale items?

10-day return window from purchase (vs 30 days for regular-priced). Any item discounted 40% or more is FINAL SALE — non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Underwear and sports bras are final sale by default regardless of discount. $12 return shipping fee deducted from refund. Item in new condition, tags intact.

Why are these products on sale?

Mostly two reasons: end-of-season (fall jacket goes on sale as winter starts) or collection change (brand released a new version, we clear the old one). No sale product is defective — it's strictly an inventory cycle.

Are sale products the same quality as new ones?

Yes, identical. Same products as our regular collection, made in the same factories with the same fabrics. Only the price changes. Manufacturer warranties apply normally.

How do I catch the best deals?

Sign up for our newsletter — subscribers get new sale entries first. We also announce major drops on social media. The most active periods: Boxing Week (December-January), Black Friday (November), end-of-winter sales (February-March), end-of-summer sales (August-September).

Do you have category-specific sale sections?

Yes, several: women's sale (apparel and accessories separated), men's sale (apparel and accessories separated). We also have sub-selections by sport and product type (running shoes on sale, soccer cleats on sale, etc.) accessible via filters.

Do you restock sale items?

No restock. Sale items are end-of-season or end-of-line — when they're gone, they're gone. Popular sizes (M, L on jackets and sports bras; 9-10 on men's shoes; 7-8 on women's shoes) move fast. If you see something you like, don't wait.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship Canada-wide from Quebec with fast delivery. Free in-store pickup at our Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures boutique. Sale items ship at the same speed as regular items.
