Description

Unisex trail running shoes INOV 8 X-Talon 225.

Ideal for mountain running, this version of running shoe 225, replacing the famous INOV8 X-talon 190, will also become the reference for the X-Talon range.

The sole has been redesigned for a perfect evacuation of mud and above all a more efficient grip on rough terrain, more durable on abrasive grounds even if it remains to be preferred on soft, greasy and soaked grounds. The upper has also been reinforced while maintaining its breathable properties.

DWR (Durable Water Repellent) technology: textile that keeps the foot dry by evacuating water more easily while avoiding the constraints of breathability and flexibility of a completely waterproof membrane.

Dynamic Fascia Band™: TPU technology inserted in the midsole increasing flexibility and offering dynamism in the propulsion phases.

Sizes shown are men's sizes. It is suggested to reduce by one and a half (1 1/2) to get the women's size. Example: 9 US women = 7.5 US men.

Remplace le X-talon 190, mais très différent

Mes X-talon 190 étaient à la fin de leur vie utile, je cherchais quelque chose de similaire, je voulais un peu plus de confort (le 190 étant assez minimaliste et très léger), je voulais aussi quelque chose d'un peu plus durable.
La traction est toujours excellente, la semelle un peu plus épaisse protège un peu mieux des roche. Le soulier semble plus durable que le 190, le tissu est plus épais, plus imperméable mais moins flexible. La protection des orteils semble bien meilleure et la "pointe" de caoutchouc semble plus solidement fixé au soulier (c'est la première chose qui s'est décollé sur mes deux autre Inov-8).
Bref ca répond exactement à ce que je cherchais, mais pour l'instant mes vieux 190 sont encore plus confortable... le syndrome des vieilles pantoufles. Le 225 semble un excellent soulier qui protège mieux, mais légèrement plus pesant que le 190 (comme le nom l'indique)
