What gear do I need to start playing soccer?

The essentials: a pair of cleats matched to your surface, a ball in the right size (3 for ages 8 and under, 4 for ages 8–12, 5 for 12 and up), shin guards, long soccer socks, shorts and a jersey. Add a water bottle and a soccer bag to carry it all.

How do I choose the right soccer ball size?

Size 3 for kids 8 and under (U-4 to U-8), size 4 for ages 8–12 (U-9 to U-12) and adult futsal, size 5 for ages 13 and up in outdoor soccer. Pick a FIFA-approved match ball for competition and a more durable training ball for daily practice.

What's the difference between FG, AG, SG, TF and futsal cleats?

FG (Firm Ground): moulded studs for dry natural grass — the most versatile. AG (Artificial Ground): designed for newer synthetic turf, more numerous and shorter studs. SG (Soft Ground): metal screw-in studs for soft, muddy fields. TF (Turf): nubbed sole for short artificial grass and winter play. Futsal (IC/IN): flat gum sole for hard indoor surfaces.

Which shin guards should I buy for my child or myself?

Choose length based on player height: they should cover the shin bone without touching the knee or ankle. For kids, models with integrated ankle protection add extra safety. For competitive adults, a lightweight model with a strap or compression sleeve is ideal.

Do you offer complete kits for teams and clubs?

Yes. We customize jerseys, shorts and socks with numbers, names and logos for league, school and recreational teams. Contact us for a quote based on your roster, colours and budget.

Do you ship across Canada and how long does it take?

Yes, we ship Canada-wide from Quebec. Delivery times vary by region and shipping method selected at checkout — typically 2 to 7 business days. In-store pickup is also available if you're in the area.

Can I try soccer cleats in-store?

Yes, we encourage trying on cleats in store — fit varies a lot between brands (Nike runs narrow, Adidas wider, Puma in between). If you order online, our return policy lets you swap sizes easily if the fit isn't right.
