This ultralight pole is designed for competitive use, requires special training and should be used with caution. It is not re ordered as a daily training tool, but rather as a climbing aid. When you're moving fast, the tip could get caught between stones, earth or roots, and immobilizing the tip by pulling on the handle increases the risk of the pole breaking. That's why we recommend using it only on safe trails when trail running. It should never be used on exposed terrain, i.e. alpinesports where there is a risk of falling, or on snow, ice or glaciers.

The pole features the Shark system, which ensures optimum force transmission thanks to a direct connection between the hand and the pole. Clicking and unclicking quickly becomes child's play. All Shark wrist straps and gloves are compatible with all Shark poles.

The Shark Trail grip is specially designed for trail running, offering minimum weight for maximum strength. What's more, the Shark system makes it easy to click on and off with just one finger.

The infinitely adjustable and individually adaptable wrist strap makes clicking and unclicking on and off the pole quick and easy, and is compatible with all Shark poles.

The Push Button system enables folding poles to be mounted and dismounted quickly at the touch of a button.
