Why are these accessories on sale?

End-of-season or collection change — brands release new versions, we clear the old ones. No product is defective, it's strictly an inventory cycle.

Can underwear on sale be returned?

No. Per our return policy, all underwear (including sale items) is FINAL SALE — non-exchangeable, non-refundable — regardless of discount. It's for hygiene reasons. Check your size on the Pullin size chart carefully before ordering.

What's the return policy for sale accessories (excluding underwear)?

10-day return window from purchase (vs 30 days for regular-priced). Any item discounted 40% or more is final sale (non-exchangeable, non-refundable). $12 return shipping fee deducted from refund. Item in new condition, tags intact.

What's the average discount?

Median around 40%, with a good chunk of items between 40 and 50% off. A few items at 20-30%, and rare deals at 50%+.

Yes — we ship Canada-wide from Quebec with fast delivery. Free in-store pickup at our Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures boutique.
