To stretch, recover, train, improve proprioception, this ball allows you, unlike training on a flat and stable surface, to tone not only the major muscle groups, but also the smaller stabilizing muscles. These stabilizer muscles are very important small muscle groups, primarily used for balance, maintaining body alignment and posture.

55cm (red) - recommended for people 5 'to 5'5 "

65cm (white) - recommended for people 5'5" to 6'.

75cm (blue) - recommended for people 6' and up.
