The new edition of the F-LITE 235 is a lightweight and flexible training shoe. Featuring the latest technology from Inov-8, this shoe is designed to move with you and provide the utmost comfort.

Lightweight, flexible design with Dynamic Fascia Band (DFB) technology.
All-new POWERFLOW+ midsole with a new 4mm drop, ideal for a natural stride.
Increased comfort: Minimalist in design, yet with a very durable upper with protective overlays, this training shoe is one of the most breathable and comfortable on the market. POWERFLOW+ midsole technology offers 10% more shock absorption and 25% more energy return compared to a regular midsole.
Freedom of Movement: The Meta-Flex sole design gives the forefoot the flexibility and freedom to move naturally when lifting weights or training.
Protection: This shoe features a range of protective technologies, including Rope-Tec technology on the upper, which provides better grip and durability during rope climbs, and an improved rubber toe.
