SKLZ Balance Pods.
Balance Pods can be added to any movement to increase difficulty, improve stability and strengthen stabilizing muscles. Use the pods for a variety of static and dynamic movements on the hands, knees and feet during workouts that incorporate stability, such as barbell-less squats, planks or push-ups. The non-slip, dual-textured design creates two levels of difficulty and instability during movement. Pods are inflatable, lightweight and portable for use anywhere.
