Fuel for endurance sports:
- 25g of carbohydrates including 16g of cyclic dextrin, a fast gastric emptying carbohydrate to avoid gastric discomfort.
- 300mg of sodium from Himalayan pink salt to allow a good water retention.
- Broad electrolyte profile to replace those lost during exercise and maintain optimal muscle function.
- Taurine, vitamin B and C to improve muscular endurance.
