How do I choose the right sports bra for impact level?

Low impact (yoga, walking, cycling, light strength): camisole-style bra, no underwire. Medium impact (intense cycling, hiking, dance): fitted with encapsulated support. High impact (running, HIIT, team sports): high-performance sports bra with encapsulation and compression. Good news: we fit clients in-store to nail the right size and style.

What should I wear for winter running in Canada?

The three-layer system: 1) technical base layer close to the body (Under Armour Rival Core, 2XU Aero), 2) insulating mid-layer (fleece or Smartwool), 3) windproof, water-resistant outer shell (Brooks Canopy jacket or Columbia). Add long tights, mitts (warmer than gloves), a hat or headband, and a neck gaiter for cold wind.

What are the best sport socks for women?

For running and hiking: Smartwool merino wool (thermal-regulating, odour-resistant even after multiple runs). For crossfit or gym: technical synthetic socks with arch support. For compression on long distances: we also carry some CEP models. Avoid cotton — it traps moisture and causes blisters.

Do you carry plus sizes (XL, XXL)?

Yes — most of our lines go from XS to XL or XXL depending on the brand. Brands like Lolë and Champion offer even broader size ranges. Always check the specific size chart per product — they vary by brand.

What should I wear for yoga and fitness?
