| How to measure | Measure around the chest and back, under the armpits, at the strongest point. | Take the measurement at the waist, not tightening the tape. | Measure around the hip, about 3" below the natural waist. | Take the measurement at the strongest point of the hips, with the tape parallel to the ground. | The elbow should be slightly bent; take the measurement from the center of the neck, down the shoulder and arm to the wrist bone. | Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone.
