Running Shoes for Men
All our men's running shoes, from road to trail to winter. The right choice depends on your main surface, your gait (neutral or overpronator), cushioning and drop. 260+ models — Brooks, Saucony, ASICS, Mizuno, Salomon, Inov-8, Puma.
By surface
Start with your surface: road (cushioning, smooth outsole), trail (lugs, protection) or winter (grip on snow and ice).
Neutral or support?
Most runners go neutral. A support model corrects overpronation (foot rolling inward). When in doubt, an in-store try-on and gait analysis settle it.
Cushioning and drop
The longer the distance, the more cushioning helps. Drop (heel-to-toe difference, in mm) shapes your stride: high to ease the Achilles, low for a midfoot strike. Change gradually.
