The GoFit training system cables are made of high quality elastic bands that allow you to adapt your training over time. Create your own ultra-efficient workout by gradually increasing the resistance. IMPORTANT: The® Go-Fit Power Tubes are designed for use with the Power Tube / Power Band training system handles® Go-Fit, sold separately. The® Power Tubes are made of durable latex and are available in eight strengths. Available strengths: 20 LB, 30 LB, 40 LB, 50 LB, 60 LB, 70 LB, 80 LB, 100 LB.
