Designed to work on turf, synthetic turf and dry land, SKLZ Pro Training Agility poles feature a telescoping design that allows you to use them for different phases of sports training. They offer additional versatility, such as working as obstacles, when combined with Pro Training Agility Cones.

ADJUST AND START.
Pro Training Agility sticks have a top telescoping design that allows for three different height settings: 24 inches, 45 inches and 60 inches. This allows you to adjust them to meet different needs, including specific exercises, setting up practice fields and using corner flags for games.
COMPATIBLE SYSTEM FOR ANY SURFACE.
